Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
We accept order cancellations before the item is shipped, and you will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made.
If the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order, please contact customer service for a return after you have received the product.

Note: If the return is due to the user, the return shipping cost will be borne by the user and the logistics cost will be based on the courier company you choose.

Return and exchange policy:
1. Users have the right to apply for unreasonable returns within 7 days of signing for the product.
(To be eligible for return, the product you are returning must be unused, complete with packaging and accessories, undamaged in appearance, and not affecting resale).

Note: When signing for the goods, please check the packaging of the goods with the courier in person. If there is any damage, please refuse to accept the package.

Warranty Policy:
From 15 days after receipt until one year, if the product fails due to non-human causes, please contact GTMEDIA  customer service at Email: service@gtaudio.shop
for repair or exchange, and proof of purchase is required. The return logistics channel will be chosen by the user, and the shipping cost for a non-reasonable return must be borne by the user.

Refunds Process
1. Contact Customer Service within the requiring times. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return, which is necessary for the customer sevice to check and record.
2. Once your request has been approved, please send the item back to us as soon as possible Send us the tracking number when you returned
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a receipt notice via email.
4. It takes 48 hours for us to confrm that the product has the problems you mentioned after we receive the items.
5. We will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund and the amount of the refund. If your refund is approved, the payment will reach your account within 60 days and your refund will be credited back to the original source, depending on the payment method you used to make your purchased your item.
