Infringement Policy
GTMEDIA is committed to removing infringing products from its platform. To facilitate this, GTMEDIA has implemented the Infringement Verification process so that IP owners can easily report products that infringe their rights. It is GTMEDIA's duty to ensure that infringing products are removed from its website, as this behavior can erode trust between buyers and sellers.
Policy
GTMEDIA respects third-party intellectual property and actively supports the protection of all third-party intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks ("IP"). It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged IP infringement.
If we receive appropriate notice of IP infringement, our response for such notice will include removing or disabling access to material that is claimed to be the subject of infringing activity.
How to Report a Listing
If you believe in good faith that any of our sellers are infringing your intellectual property rights, you may follow this process: We request the following details from the IP owner or authorized agent and email them to Email: service@gtaudio.shop
The email should contain the following information.
Identification or description of the copyrighted work/trademark that is being infringed.
Clear identification or description of where the material you claim is infringing is located in the application, with sufficient details. Product ID of the infringing product (in the case of copyright infringement) (Note: GTMEDIA is unable to process requests that do not specify an exact product ID).
Your address, phone number and email address.
You represent that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
You represent that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.
Brand name (if trademark infringement)
Details of the infringed intellectual property (provide a copyright image or trademark certificate as an attachment)
Upon receipt of an appropriate notice containing the required documentation as described above, GTMEDIA may promptly remove/lead to the removal and/or disable or lead to the disabling of allegedly infringing content hosted by third parties. We will also notify the relevant sellers who submitted the allegedly infringing material and provide them with a copy of the copyright infringement notice. We reserve the right to take appropriate action under the applicable laws of the land at the relevant point in time of the notice. Any prior takedown or disabling in an earlier instance will not prevent us from taking action contrary to such earlier takedown or disabling.
